If you really want to make it fancy, you can use a blender to blend the soup instead of leaving chunks of broccoli.
Ingredients:
1. 2 cups of beef (clear) stock
2. 1 head of fresh broccoli
3. 1 cup of milk
4. 1 cup of heavy cream
5. 2 table spoon of all-purpose flour
6. 1 cup of shredded cheese (typedepends on what you like) Sea saltand pepper to taste
Preparation:

1. Boil the broccoli in stock for 10mins, or until they are very tender.
2. In a small pot, heat up the milk, but do not let it boil; slowly mix the flour into the milk until no clumps are left. 3. Once everything is well mixed, add in the cheese and heavy cream;slowly pour in the stock and broccoli, stirring constantly. It is done whenyou see the soup thicken and begin boiling; salt and pepper to taste. Ifyou happen to love cheese, then add more Parmesan.
You can also blend this soup using a hand-blender or regular blender to make it smooth
