Gerson’s diet requires every food to be plant based and entirely organic; therefore we select various types of seasonal organic vegetables for the Gerson Box based on suggestion from Gerson dietitian and recipes from Hippocrates soup. The diet is naturally high in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, micro-nutrients, and extremely low in sodium, fats, and proteins.
